The eighth hole again requires an approach over water to the green. This hole requires an impressive drive from any of the tees if the green is to be reachable in two - but only for the longer hitters. For most it will take three shots with the last being from a flat terrace in front of the stream. Trees on either side protect the entrance to the green - as well as stream in front - so a central position on the fairway is required to ensure you have the best chance to make the green through a narrow approach. The green is also protected by bunkers on either side but has relatively gentle contours.
