The twelfth hole features a sharp dogleg left -to-right which is well protected by tall trees at the apex, and a fairway bunker to receive any balls looking to cut the corner. A shot to the left-hand side of fairway may mean a longer route to the green but it is a safer route. After the bunker the fairway rises before flattening out at the green. You will need to make sure you play the full yardage as anything short is likely to saty just that. Grassy mounds, rather than bunkers, protect this green which can make chipping difficult.

"Good position from the tee is the key at this hole. Try to be greedy and the bunker lies in wait or you get blocked out by the trees at the dog leg. Concentrate on a straight shot just left of centre which will give you a view of the green for your second. "
