A maximum of three choices can be selected per course  for pre order , 14 days before your event.

Please note that if choosing a two-course meal then all guests must choose from either starters or desserts, not a mixture of both.

Set menu A

  • Two Course meal with coffee £17.50
  • Three course meal with coffee £21.95
  • Pate - Chicken livers blended with Whisky and shallots, served with baby leaf salad, caramelised onions and toasted bread
  • Stuffed Mushroom - Portobello mushroom stuffed with stilton, topped with tarragon breadcrumbs, served with garlic mayonnaise (V)
  • Antipasto - Selection of cured Italian meats with pickles, parmesan, olives and toasted ciabatta bread
  • Vegetable Soup - Smoothly creamed mix of seasonal vegetables with a hint of spice  (V)
  • Melon - Succulent Honeydew melon, mango sorbet, served with strawberries and orange (V)
  • Smoked Haddock Fish Cake - Smoked haddock and caper fish cake, served with baby lead salad and sweet chili sauce
  • Crayfish Cocktail - Crayfish tails, served with crisp lettuce, bound with a brandy cocktail sauce
  • Chicken - Roast breast of chicken wrapped in Pancetta, baby onion, fondant potato, and mushroom sauce
  • Steak & Potato Pie - slowly braised beef, potatoes, creamy mash potato, horseradish, with suet pastry crust
  • Salmon - Lemon, dill and coarse grain mustard salmon fillet, lemon oil mash potato, asparagus spears, served with a warm hollandaise sauce
  • Pork - Roast English loin of pork, black pudding, fondnat potato,  caramelised apple compote, served with a cider and mustard sauce
  • Roast Beef - Roast rump of 28 day matured beef with  creamy mash potato, Yorkshire pudding, watercress and thyme gravy
  • Fish Pie - Smoked haddock, salmon, cod and prawn fish pie with a mustard and parmesan mash potato

  • Vegetable Tart - Char-grilled Mediterranean tart, fondant potato, with rocket and parmesan salad (V)

  • Wellington - Chunky beetroot and butternut squash in a sweet and sharp balsamic chutney, fondant potato,  wrapped in a golden baked puff pastry lattice with short crust pastry base (V)


    All served with a selection of seasonal vegetables.


  • Chocolate Fudge cake - Warm chocolate fudge cake served with vanilla ice cream and strawberries
  •  Crumble - Apples and berries topped with a cinnamon flavoured crumble and served with lashings of custard  
  • Creme Brule - Vanilla infused crème anglaise topped with caramelised sugar and served with fresh berries
  • Lemon tart - A zingy, French-style lemon tart made in sweet pastry and served with whipped creram and berries 
  • Fresh Fruit Pavlova - Soft and chewy meringue with whipped cream, fresh berries, kiwi and oranges

  • S.T.P - A rich and sticky date sponge with vanilla ice cream and butterscotch sauce
  • Cheese and biscuits - A selection of British and continental cheeses. Served with biscuits, celery, grapes, and fruit chutney

  • Smoked salmon and Crab – Smoked salmon and wild crab claw meat, with baby leaf salad, cucumber and a lime crème fraiche
  • Broccoli Soup – Rich green broccoli soup finished with Stilton and crème fraiche (V)
  • Asparagus – Lightly roasted asparagus, poached egg, cured Parma Ham served with hollandaise sauce
  • Mussels – Scottish mussels cooked in Whisky, shallots, garlic, thyme and cream
  • Duck Rillettes – Confit duck, cherry chutney, salad and toasted French loaf
  • Goats Cheese – Glazed goats cheese, red onion marmalade, walnut salad (V)
  • Bruschetta – Bocconcini mozzarella, baby plum tomato and basil on olive oil crostini (V)
  • Duo of Lamb – Rump of lamb, Shepherd’s pie, dauphinoise potatoes, rosemary sauce
  • Duck – Spiced duck breast (served pink), goats cheese and red onion filo, fondant potato, redcurrant jus
  • Seabass - Pan fried seabass with crispy pancetta, tender stem broccoli, lemon oil mash, sweet potato velouté
  • Corn Fed chicken – Supreme of corn-fed chicken, fondant potato, puy lentil garni
  • Pork fillet – Tenderloin of pork, black pudding, potato croquettes, caramelised apple, calvados sauce
  • Trout – Rainbow trout fillet, baby spinach, creamy mash potato, confit tomatoes, lemon and caper butter sauce
  • Roast Striploin of Beef – Roast striploin of 28 day matured beef with Yorkshire pudding, watercress, creamy mash potato and thyme gravy
  • Vegetable Tart – Char-grilled Mediterranean tart with fondant potato, rocket and parmesan salad (V)
  • Wellington - Chunky beetroot and butternut squash in a sweet and sharp balsamic chutney wrapped in a golden baked puff pastry lattice with short crust pastry base and a fondant potato (V)

  • Banoffee Cheesecake – Crushed buttered chocolate digestive biscuits, soft toffee and pecan base, light cheese and vanillia filling, topped with bananas and chocolate

  • J.R.P – Jam roly poly with lashings of custard and extra jam
  • Cheese and biscuits - Selection of cheeses and biscuits with celery, grapes, and fruit chutney
  • Apple Pie – Shortcrust pastry baked with apples and nutmeg, served with apple pie ice cream
  • Panna cotta – Orange and ginger panna cotta with fresh berries and coulis
  • Lemon Meringue Pie – Shortcrust pastry with a tag lemon filling topped with meringue

  • Tuna Niçoise – Seared yellow fin tuna, marinated olives, baby plum tomatoes, red onions, new potatoes and soft-boiled quail eggs
  • Oxtail soup – Slow cooked oxtail, served with root vegetables and crusty bread
  • Scallops – King scallops, lemon oil mash, black pudding and chorizo dressing
  • Smoked duck – Smoked duck breast, micro salad, ginger and mango
  • Tartlet – Wild mushrooms, baby asparagus and poached egg with hollandaise sauce (V)
  • Figs – Roast figs with Parma ham and goat’s cheese, rocket and balsamic dressing
  • Beef Wellington – Fillet of 28 day hung beef, mushroom duxelles, pate, pancakes, wrapped in puff pastry, served with a Maderia jus and fondant potato

  • Monkfish en croute – Paprika scented monkfish tail, baby spinach, filo pastry, tarragon crushed new potatoes saffron cream sauce
